Bagan Desain served as the sub-consultant for PDW Architect to undertake rectification works necessitated by prior miscoordination attributed to previous designers. Addressing the issues left by the previous designers necessitates not only technical proficiency but also a comprehensive understanding of the original vision to realign the project’s trajectory. Design Proceess

1. Design on some parts of the building needs to be developed. In this case, we support PDW to develop the design, including the details engineering and its practicality.
2. Coordination with multi-disciplinary parties is very important in this project, especially when the design from the previous BED needs to be developed or revised based on the client’s needs or construction progress.
