Bank Indonesia (BI), the central bank of the Republic of Indonesia, aims to achieve and maintain the stability of the Indonesian rupiah. In order to uphold this objective, BI manages the country’s monetary policy, payment systems, and ensures financial system stability.

Design Approach

To reinforce a cohesive and standardized presence, BI has initiated the standardization of architectural design across its branch offices in all provinces.Bagan Desain has been entrusted with the task of creating the architecture and standardization design for these branch offices. In this endeavor, Bagan Desain collaborates with LAID Architects adn Formologix Studio, under the supervision of Yayasan Kesejahteraan Arsitek Indonesia (YKAI). YKAI, a foundation established by Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia (IAI), supports the welfare and development of Indonesian architects.
